I and my family have been patients at the surgery for a number of years. We have found that the Doctors are very caring and helpful, but one or two of the receptionists could have a better "bedside manner". This may be because they are working under pressure as appointments are not always available especially during busy times of the year, however the automatic telephone system is a very useful tool.
