Doctors: Good
Reception: Not nice or efficient
Healthcare Assistant: No training/unhelpful
I find it sad. I don't think there will be any change due to arrogance and an unwillingness from the management, to look at the problems which exist. I guess its because they are swamped/overworked/stressed. The doctors are of a high standard.
