Following an email sent to practice re requesting an appointment, I was very pleased to be contacted promptly the next morning by one of the Practice Nurse Specialists. Very thorough and supportive phone consultation which resulted in her booking me in for GP, Bloods and Chest X-Ray next working days.
Suggested improvements
My appointment Booking with GP seemed to have dropped off radar at Reception side and had to be followed up 35mins later.
The lady who took bloods was professional and had noted, waiting for me after seen by GP.
It is not possible to contribute to the ‘Doctors review’ as the doctor’s listed no longer work at Rhoslan.
All staffing is not currently accessible on website.
