The reception staff need seriously replacing they are rude ,unprofessional no clue what’s going on at all .I absolutely hate phoning for an appointment you can’t get through get told different things .The practice manager is half asleep she doesn’t take complaints seriously I am moving surgery I have had enough of this surgery .
