The practice is fine. The website is terrible: too many words, too many options, would fail most standard web-design test procedures . It took ages to find how to get repeat prescription - seemed to involve a non-guided double-click action -which is very bad web design. Ruthless prune, better selection of top-level menus, reduce size of images, ('colour to sell, black and white to tell')
