My partner needs medication 3 times a day I explained this to the surgery and they gaurnteed that the prescription would be at the pharmacy at the end of surgery on Friday ready for collection on Saturday, come Saturday the prescription had not been received by the pharmacy leaving me no alternative but to contact 111 service. Gone to pharmacy again today and there is still no prescription so I contact the surgery again and find out it hasn't been signed still and my partner will have to go with out urgent/very important medication until its signed off I explained again that he is reliant on medication in 3 doses morning noon and night and his health conditions no explanation was given other than doctor hasn't signed it off and I will speak to the doctor after surgery not a good service at all. The way to improve the service would be to actually follow what has been said and not to garentee when its a lot of hot air
