Told me my meds would be at the pharmacy for me and they didn't turn up I've now missed medication nessasary for my day to day care not a very good image or view of service at all from this surgery!!

My partner needs medication 3 times a day I explained this to the surgery and they gaurnteed that the prescription would be at the pharmacy at the end of surgery on Friday ready for collection on Saturday, come Saturday the prescription had not been received by the pharmacy leaving me no alternative but to contact 111 service. Gone to pharmacy again today and there is still no prescription so I contact the surgery again and find out it hasn't been signed still and my partner will have to go with out urgent/very important medication until its signed off I explained again that he is reliant on medication in 3 doses morning noon and night and his health conditions no explanation was given other than doctor hasn't signed it off and I will speak to the doctor after surgery not a good service at all. The way to improve the service would be to actually follow what has been said and not to garentee when its a lot of hot air

The doctor was rude and aggressive in manner. Did not listen and made me feel like I wasted her time

Im an ex drug addict with hep c diagnosed 17 years ago I now have cirrhosis, portal hypertension, osteoporosis and oedema. I went to emergency appointment with liver pain as an appointment was a 7 week wait. The dr sent me for blood tests to see if I still had hep??????? I have heard nothing since and its still a 7 week wait for an appointment. I think I havr sscites and sm trying to find another dr all I want is a referral back to liver clinic at hospital.

The receptionists are polite and helpful
