Absolutely appalling service by rude staff and unprofessional and incompetent doctors. Absolutely shocking treatment by the practice manager shouting at me in the reception area in front of everyone. This place is a disgrace! With GP practice’s like this no wonder the NHS is struggling!
Suggested improvements
Start treating patients with respect. Be professional. Introduce yourself and wear ID. Some customer service training wouldn’t go astray.
