I have been a patient to this practice for a few years and over these years have experienced a rapid decline in pretty much all areas. Appointments, staff empathy and treatment. The final straw about my decision to leave this practice was made today 27/04/2015 when I rang up to state an issue which was rapidly getting worse to be told a Dr would ring, in which they did. After spending 10 mins on the phone trying to work out when I can be seen which was 2 weeks from today I managed to be seen today. After been seen to, I left the surgery feeling even more frustrated and tearful to the fact I was left feeling like this was all in my head and I was not taking serious. I cant stress the pain I have become in over the past weeks but pretty much been told to go home and deal with it. I was giving no advice on pain management (with been pregnant) what I could do to help ease the pain. I would research it myself but dont want to risk causing more pain. Waiting up to weeks for an appointment is not a new issue since been with them I could never get an appointment less then 6 days!!

Doctor Jones is a very understanding and helpful doctor and a creditor to the practice.

On the phone Dr Alla is brusque, abrupt and bordering on rude. A number of people in my immediate family have found her to be less than caring in her attitude and on a number of occasions she has given advice or treatment (or lack thereof) which other health professionals have subsequently overturned. In future I will be asking which Doctor is on the triage call list and if it is Doctor Alla I will refuse and then call NHS Direct. I will not be accepting any appointments with Dr Alla in future.
