On the phone Dr Alla is brusque, abrupt and bordering on rude. A number of people in my immediate family have found her to be less than caring in her attitude and on a number of occasions she has given advice or treatment (or lack thereof) which other health professionals have subsequently overturned.
In future I will be asking which Doctor is on the triage call list and if it is Doctor Alla I will refuse and then call NHS Direct. I will not be accepting any appointments with Dr Alla in future.
