When you can get an appointment the treatment is competent. I gave up trying for appointments with my named doctor though and just accept whoever is free, although I dont have an issue with that.
The area that *really* needs attention is ringing to get an appointment. Its rare to get to speak to someone within 5 minutes of ringing, often I ring multiple times. The online system is a bit of a joke, i *think* they changed system provider back in december, but the logins do not work on the new system.
