This is a thank you to the lady who took my call this morning. With her help I now have the piece of equipment desperately needed to help a friend with extreme mobility issues staying with us over Christmas. She will know who she is - having given me a telephone number and wishing me "good luck". Thank you SO much
ps - the general questions don't strictly apply to my compliment but I feel the maximum starts are warranted.
