I've been a patient here for nearly 10 years and on the whole I've not had any problems with this surgery. I've found the staff helpful and the surgery clean and tidy. I was however, deeply unimpressed when attempting to reorder my repeat prescription online and finding that I was now unable to do so! Fair enough (ish), if this is a security measure or more helpful to them then their current records, but I had no communication to say this would be the case. I am contactable by email, landline, mobile and letter. I now have to try to get myself there in person with my ID...it's busy at work at the moment so I can't take time off especially at this short notice and I don't drive, so I'm not sure I'll make it before it closes for the day. This is precisely why I opted for online ordering and have my pharmascist collect for me in the first place. I will now most likely end up receiving my prescription late, which is obviously just a little inconvenient. I'm really not pleased with this.
