I cannot recommend this surgery. The attitude of staff, both reception and doctors, is well below expectations. Rudeness and casual dismissal of concerns is commonplace. GPs have no interest in helping you diagnose or treat illnesses, they do everything possible to stop you accessing specialists. I have been told "we can only deal with one symptom at a time" which clearly shows how they fail look for root causes, as if any illness only has one symptom! How this level of incompetence is justified I do not know. Only the newly qualified doctors who intern here for a year before moving on, are helpful, engaged and keen to identify the problem and address it.
