I recently had an appointment with the Practice Nurse, Ruth. Her care was outstanding. Caring, confident, competent, keeping me informed, gaining consent. Ruth has excellent communication skills which made the whole patient experience of the highest quality.She made me feel I was the most important patient in her day, I felt I could tell Ruth anything!
