I rang at 8.40 for an appointment and only waited about 30 seconds for the answer in the queue. An appointment was made for today with my doctor. I was so pleased and relieved that I would not have to wait for an answer for days. Dr Milne is always attentive, friendly and helpful. Full marks to all.
