What an awful surgery. Where do I start? Just getting an appointment, impossible even before Covid. Very rude reception staff, condescending, offish and unhelpful. Mistakes, they have made a lot of them, failed to call me in for an urgent blood test, lost letters and communications. Often items missing from the pharmacy, when asked when they will be in just told to take the prescription somewhere else. This surgery needs auditing by NHS England before someone dies.

Just about everything. This is the worst surgery i have been to in over 70 years.
