Awful place with awful reception staff and puffed up self important doctors,with one exception, Dr Quick. The Ellery's run this place like they're own personal fiefdom and milk it like a cash cow. The dispensers are, likewise unhelpful and punitive, if you have your meds delivered through a mail service they will refuse to dispense a prescription issued by the gp you've just seen 20 yards away and make you drive 5 miles to the nearest pharmacy just to punish you. The nurses I have encountered there are good, especially the diabetes nurse, she's lovely and very professional. The alpha male Ellery almost put my son off ever seeing a GP again and tried to bully and dominate my partner over her consultant prescribed medication just because he's a boorish controlling *¢¥^ virtually accusing her of abusing her medication without any cause or justification to do so, just because he could. This used to be a great surgery until the Ellery's took over, now I will leave and find a decent caring practice elsewhere. One where the patient is more important than the clinician, where they are listened to and valued. Where care is a collaborative process and not a power game for uncaring psychopathic personalities.
