Completely unhelpful. Receptionists have no manners, ask you what’s wrong with you and are very unhelpful. No confidentiality if you have to tell the receptionist over the phone your illness.
Can rarely get appointments. 2 of my family members were wrongly diagnosed by Dr. Smith.
I would advise to go to another practice if possible!
