Totally disgusted with Portsoy medical practice.. called this morning to get an appointment for my daughter, explaining at the same time that it HAS to be a doctor, was told by the receptionist that she was unsure which doctor would see my daughter, that was fine until we arrived in plenty time only to be told that we would be seeing the triage nurse, we waited 50 minutes past our appointment time as she was running late.. once in with the triage, because of the needs for my daughter, she couldn't help!!!! Only to be told that we had to now wait for the Doctor which is ALSO running 30 minutes Late...
Still Waiting !!!!!!
COME ON ... you really need to sort this situation out properly, patients need to be seen either on time or as close as. I fully understand that that sometimes there are emergencies which can cause a back log, but really it's getting way beyond a joke !! Management should get this sorted.
