The surgery is coping as best it can but sometimes it is hard to get a face to face appointment when it is needed however everyone is very friendly and doing what they can.

The receptionist's are alot better now at one point there was a lady that was very obnoxious and thought she knew more about you than the doctors! Recently I have not had her answer the phone and everyone I have spoke to is very friendly and helpful.
