It is always easy to request a telephone call from a doctor or nurse and the always ring you at the arranged time. However, getting a face to face appointment at the surgery can’t have quite a wait but I’m afraid that’s just a sign of the times.

Reduce the time you have to wait for an appointment at the surgery but I think that would take better funding and government support.
