The system of ringing for an appointment at 8am is totally impossible for me. I suffer from CFS/Fibromyalgia I struggle to wake up. On the days I do I cannot get through I do not have speed redial on my telephone by the time I do get through usually about 30 minutes after constant telephoning there are usually no appointments with my doctor left and as I have a long term illness it is too involved to start explaining it all through. My prescriptions have been chaotic items being left off and going to pharmacy over the road when they were supposed to be going to Tesco so I ended up with no medication until someone in General Enquiries said to try going to the pharmacy and there was a stack there of it!!! Wrong medication on last presciption could n't get through on telephone after 50 minutes my husband had to drive me down there to sort it out. General Enquiries usually very efficent most members of staff very polite and helpful I am not easiest patient as I keep forgetting to put one of my presciptions in. The rest are on repeat lot of confusion between surgery and Tesco!
