Great difficulty in getting an appointment, have to go in person and then come back later on. Doctor questioned why I had an appointment. Told to make a follow up appointment regarding another matter, tried to do that and guess what-you cannot make an appointment until they work! Overall unpleasant experience and has gone down hill rapidly since the merger and enlargement. Will be looking to register elsewhere as the system is failing and will hopefully not be made to feel like a criminal for using the service.
