I am currently finding it impossible to book an appointment to see ANY doctor.
I don't have telephone connectivity and I'm not allowed to book on line.
"There are no appointments available for you to book.
Please contact your practice if you wish to book an appointment."
I have called in at the surgery personally to make an appointment and was told I couldn't - when the receptionist could finally take the biscuit out of her mouth.
So what suggestions do you think would be helpful?
By the way, I have a lump in my chest I'd like someone to look at.
No chance there then.
