The surgery staff are friendly and helpful; there were problems getting through on the phone initially but once the call was answered, the receptionist explained that there had been problems with the telephone lines. For a routine appointment we would have needed to wait 3 weeks to see the GP of our choice, but we were offered a fast track appointment, which was suitable to get the issue dealt with. Previously we could rely on getting an appointment within 1 week , when we were still at Broughton House It was reassuring seeing the staff from our previous practice
