Waiting 25 mins for on the phone to speak to someone, then being told it was 6 to eight weeks to see a doctor and if I wanted to speak to one she could call me back in 10 days. What a rubbish service no wonder people don't think this practice with some 20.000 patients is a hood idea.
Such a shame for the receptionist who have to give you this news, so do it politely others not so. What a shambles!!
