From start to finish I have had the best advice, care and treatment possible. I was trying to self-treat and the kind pharmacy staff next door referred me to the surgery. I expected a long delay but the helpful receptionist took my details, gave me some non medical advice and shortly after I spoke via telephone to a duty doctor who offered advice and treatment. I was able to make decisions about the proposed treatment and promptly after receipt of test results additional treatment was prescribed. I was notified of the results by telephone and a prescription was sent electronically to the pharmacy of my choice and I was able to access the medication and supplement the treatment. I was advised to make an appointment for a review and that too was an easy process. I was very impressed with the smooth running of the whole process and would like to thank all concerned.
