Appointment system is a complete joke. You are only allowed to ring for an appointment at 8am. After waiting in a queue for 30 minutes "your call is important... you are number xx " I asked for an evening appointment, only to be told there's none left and ring back tomorrow. I had to be rude and insist they check their system. So was told I could have an appointment at 8.50 1 week later. Today, I get a text reminding me I have an appointment tomorrow at 08.50. So, not the evening appointment I asked for. Some of us have to work and cannot simply take time off at a moment's notice - it has implications throughout the whole (small) staff team - hence my specifically asking for an evening appointment.
