Dear Patients
Thank you that you take time to review our practice and give us feedback about the things we are doing well and the areas we need to improve. I am sorry if you have felt disappointed in the service we provide.
We have taken this on board and over the next 6 months i will be looking at appointments and access, particularly, and how we can improve the care for all involved.
