The doctors are great the receptionists are friendly and helpful, unfortunately I had to wait 22 minutes for my call to be answered and when I visited the surgery 13 minutes to be seen by the receptionist

Its not easy to book appointment over the phone, receptionist are rude , unhelpful, inconcederate and in compationate. option for booking on line appointment is exist but not available for various reasons, so unhelpful. Once yo get through the receptionist if ever you can then doctors are excellent, caring

i find the most of the doctors I've seen helpful, and the reception needs another station, always a queue. but it is impossible to get an appointment if you are not an emergency. i was asked to make a follow up appointment for 3 weeks time but there were no appointments available for that doctor for 6 weeks, thats ridiculous.

Unable to get an appointment for second day permanently engaged,had to walk to surgery whilst i was very unwell nearly collapsed!Rude receptionist would not respond to me saying good morning to her on three occasions,just looked through me as if I was not there,finally she just said can I help you in a blunt rough manner,very unpleasant woman. Sort out the dreadful appointments system does not work!. Sort out unpleasant receptionist send customer course learn to be polite. Doctor needs to remember us patients dont want to be ill,they come for help politeness and friendliness and caring attitude costs nothing does it?

Impossible to get through to make an appointment by phone!,had to walk there when I was feeling very ill,very bad!
