I,m referring to treatment of lacerations to my visually impaired 89 year old wife's arms and legs by the nurse. The treatment could not be bettered.

This surgery has improved enormously over the last couple of years with the addition of two excellent doctors, Dr K Teasdale and Dr Khan Gilbert. Dr Teasdale particularly is one of the very best GP's I have ever had the good fortune to be treated by. She shows empathy with large helpings of practicality, she listens to her patients and looks at them while she listens, absolutely vital to ensure correct diagnosis, all in all a superb Doctor and a credit to her profession.

Pond Tail Surgery is in a nice location with easy parking and a good waiting room. They have friendly staff and have just installed a self-book-in system which can be used if the cue to speak to the staff is too long. The waiting room is large and bright and the doctors offices are the same. The temperature is well regulated, indeed its often lovely and warm during cold winter days and the air conditioning keeps it cool in the summer. Overall, very nice!
