All my family have received nothing but good care from Pitsmoor Surgery. The staff are polite and friendly and the GP's are approachable and helpful. Waiting times could be improved but I understand that this surgery is extremely busy and that there is a high service demand.

I am very happy with the service from GP and reception staff, the toilet however downstairs by mum waiting area is very dirty.

Improvement. Phoning in for triage with swollen tongue and glands is impossible. Is there another way?
