Pitsmoor is the worst surgery I've ever been to in all of my seven decades.I guess it's looking after others in different categories who need more resources funneled their way but not me I'm English woman a widow was married to my deceased husband a Royal Navy veteran for 37 years and I'm a senior citizen. I've left Pitsmoor Surgery after a massive decline in my ability to contact and get the help I need.The surgery has been progressively failing to take proper care of me since the beginning of COVID up to this present week 3May 2023.
In all my years I've never experienced such a bad service that's simply is not fit for purpose. On so many occasions I've been left with no resolution no hope and depression whenever I've had the need to contact them it's been a monumental task which always ends the same unresolved and very deppressing.
Suggested improvements
1.Look after your senior citizens in a respectful and caring manner.
2.Look after your widows compassionately.
3.Look after me one of the country's Royal Navy veteran wives and to do it in the decent way he expected them to look after her.
4.NOT take on anymore new patients until you properly look after the most vulnerable firstly.
5.Prioritize those who've lived in this county the longest
