After having been sent a link that did not work for a review of my medication which I tried everyday to use since I was sent it on the 8th April, I sent an email to ask for a review, but never heard anything back. So this yesterday (27th April,) I tried ordering again with no response today. So I phoned this morning before 10am and Had to wait a good 8 minutes for someone to answer only to be told I had to make an appointment online for a review of my medication. Just how the hell am I supposed to do that if no is is answering emails or sending links that never work? So thanks to this what I can only call a deepening shoddy service, I am now out of medication & the receptionist was no help at all & could only refer me back to the internet link that never works. Thank you I guess!
