I have only been a patient at Pitsmoor for the past 5 months so I haven't been in or dealt with the receptionists. However the GP's and Practice nurse I have spoken with through AskMyGp and over the phone have been incredible. They are patient, understanding, helpful, and most importantly, keen for my input into my care. As someone with multiple chronic pain conditions, this has been phenomenal and has really put me at ease when ask-*9-*9ing for help
