After 6 long years of not knowing what was wrong with me the doctors here were finally able to give me a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. The GP's and reception staff have all suffered from my own frustration, pain and sorrow and yet have always been patient with me. They have ensured that i received the best care available to me; even at times when i had lost hope and blamed everyone else around me!
The facilities and communication at Pinfold Gate are second to none and I am very thankful to have such a good practice available to me.
The only constructive suggestion I have is that they could have had more information on Fibromyalgia as a condition with a long term management plan?
