Upon arrival outside ,was told by the person at the front of the queue i had to get to the back of the line even though i had an appointment.

I am not happy with the lack of privacy.
Patients are asked in front of everyone the reason of their visit and names and surnames are openly displayed on screen.
I would appreciate and feel more comfortable with a number system.
