I get treated at the Marven and it is almost impossible to get through to them on the phone, even if it is just a general enquiry. The older staff at the Marven, before the change were very helpful even if it was a general enquiry! The older Doc's are brilliant and I hope the friendlyness and the helpfulness return!
For the moment I would not recommend this surgery to anybody!! I have rated Extremely Unlikely at the moment (3.3.2015).
