In my opinion The Marven has had substantial deficits in its reception staff for many years. This may now change with the positive influx of staff from Westminster and Pimlico Health after the merger.
Unfortunately early days into the operation from one site many good aspects of Westminster and Pimlico Health seem to have been suppressed. Hopefully time will make Pimlico Health @ The Marven an exceptional practice, but it has a long way to go.
