this was my first visit to register and i called first last week to find out what i had to do. the lady on the line told me to pop down to the surgery and register. when i got there this morning the lady said i could download the forms online, complete and then come back. i dont have a printer and i was in too much pain to go back and forth, she eventually gave me forms too complete, told me that she could not help me immediately as she was alone, which i understood. I was annoyed because the lady on the telephone could have explained this and i could have got my daughter to print at the office for me, however, another lady assisted me with the actual registration and she was fantastic. super friendly and very helpful. so in the end i left happy .
