Generally excellent service. Admin Dept is incompetent. fire Escapes do not work.

Dear Patient We thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We share and discuss all feedback given from patients. It is important to us, as it enables us to continually drive our service delivery forwards to meet the demands of our local population. If there is anything you have stated where we may be able to implement change and enhance our current level of service, please be assured we will explore this further. I would be grateful if you would write to me directly to explain further your comment regarding admin being incompetent - So I may learn which part of admin have you encountered and what we may do to improve? Also regarding the fire escapes - these are checked daily prior to opening the building as part of our Health and Safety checks, we pride ourselves on ensuring we are compliant in matters such as Health and Safety, again please provide details for me of which fire escape you believe not to have worked? why were you exiting via a fire escape? did you report such a defect to my staff at the time of occurrence?
