There seems to be no priority over older or pregnant people waiting to be seen. The waiting time in the morning walk in clinic is two hours.
The door is opening and closing by itself.

We note your comments about priority to such groups as the elderly and pregnant, as we are currently reviewing our clinics, to ensure we continually improve them to meet the demand of our patients. We share such feedback with our Patient Participation Group regularly and objectively to enable us to come up with ways of improving the services we offer to our patients.
