Dear Patient We thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We share and discuss all feedback given from patients. It is important to us, as it enables us to continually drive our service delivery forwards to meet the demands of our local population. If there is anything you have stated where we may be able to implement change and enhance our current level of service, please be assured we will explore this further. As our practice protocol to triage and ensure appropriate use of appointment slot, our reception staff are required to ask what the reason is that the patient wishes to see the clinician for, this is to ensure that a) you are booked with the appropriate clinical personnel b) so that it gives the clinical personnel prior notice of your health concern prior to you entering the room c) this makes the appointment time slot run more efficiently as they have an insight as to what you present with prior to entering their clinical room d) this may assist in clinician running to time for their appointments.
