Things have changed greatly lately.
My suggestion for the new waiting room is that chairs are spaced enough apart so people needing to proceed to a Dr room, do not have to ask others to move. Also the waiting area not to be near a main door which opens and closes all the time.

We share such feedback with our Patient Participation Group regularly and objectively to enable us to continually improve the services we offer to our patients. Regarding yor suggestion above, I can confirm that as per the floor plans for the new layout in the practice, there will be ample space on both floors for seating in the new waiting areas.
