The self check in monitor needs to tell us who we are,otherwise we cannot be sure we have checked in properly.At the moment it only tells us we have checked in but does not identify us by name.

Dear Patient We thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We share and discuss all feedback given from patients. It is important to us, as it enables us to continually drive our service delivery forwards to meet the demands of our local population. If there is anything you have stated where we may be able to implement change and enhance our current level of service, please be assured we will explore this further. The self check in screen will not confirm names because the functionality of it is not set up in that way. Unfortunately we can not change this. It is linked directly to our booking screen so it knows by date of birth and who your appointment is with that you are checked in.
