I used to think all was OK and then I moved to PIKE and meet a team and in particular a Doctor that showed me I hadn't really been cared for before. I now understand the difference and I do really feel cared for, it was hard as I had to learn to make some changes however I now feel the benefit of those and I am very very happy.
