A very good practice. Appointments are usually available within a few days or on the day if urgent. The staff are friendly and welcoming and very professional and you feel you are valued. There is a great deal of information available for patients in the waiting room. Organisation is also good.

The reception staff are very helpful and the surgery has a pleasant feel to it with lots of information. All the nurses are extremely efficient and knowledgeable and friendly.

Pike Practise has improved immensely in the past 10-11 months. The reception staff are very pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful when phoning for an appointment or any other enquiries. If they say that they will have to phone back with an answer, they do phone back on the same day. For me personally, overall, the whole surgery has improved. Therefore, it makes me as a patient, feel very confident.

I used to think all was OK and then I moved to PIKE and meet a team and in particular a Doctor that showed me I hadn't really been cared for before. I now understand the difference and I do really feel cared for, it was hard as I had to learn to make some changes however I now feel the benefit of those and I am very very happy. Register here and you won't regret it.
