Simply brilliant in every department since i joined them 3 years ago. I have never had a more complete and efficient GP experience in the previous surgeries i have been registered at.
I have seen 4 of the GPs, all excellent. Nurses for jabs and blood work, all excellent. I always get an appointment that is convenient for me both at the surgery and on the phone, although sometimes i have to wait a little longer than i would like. To be expected in a busy and well-regarded city surgery though and the receptionists often bend over backwards to help in time-sensitive situations.
This surgery has flu-jabbed me on a saturday, had doctors call me to give me advice, given me occasional repeat prescriptions at a moments notice, and generally cared for me in a very reassuring manner. Just wonderful.
