The practice offers one of the best NHS / GP services around. Yes, sometimes you wait to have your telephone call answered, but once answered the service is excellent. Reception staff are extremely helpful, friendly and try their best to find appointments. The Drs listen to concerns.

The radio being played in the waiting room is very annoying
